I’m really looking forward to coming into The Hub on December 2nd for a ”Sandwich Lunch” chat about healthy eating and why it’s SO important. It’s too easy to let our good health slip away as we sit at our desks hour after hour. The busier we are, the more difficult it is to prioritize ourselves and our health, but how can you expect your business to be robust and thriving if you are not?! YOU are your business’ most important asset and your good health is your most precious resource.
Over and over again, I see busy people making the same health mistakes: skipping meals, either because they think they are too busy to eat or they simply forget to stop to eat; eating the same thing over and over so they don’t have to waste precious time or energy thinking about what to eat; grabbing highly processed foods and snacks or fast food; and keeping themselves fuelled with too much caffeine or sugar.
It might feel impossible to change these habits and find a way to eat well and still get everything done that you need to get done in the run of a day, but I promise you it is not. Fuel yourself better and you’ll be amazed at the positive impact that has on every other aspect of your life and business.
Come and chat with me on December 2nd to learn more about why eating healthy is so crucial…and how the heck to do it!
